A full refund of the consultation fee may be issued in the following circumstances:
- The patient is assessed by a licensed clinician and is deemed not eligible for treatment
- A technical or administrative issue prevents the consultation from being completed as intended

Due to UK regulations governing prescription medicines, refunds for prescription or medication fees are strictly limited. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to five (5) days before the scheduled appointment without charge
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so the appointment may be offered to another patient
